Physician 3-day general session registration fee includes:
Tuition, syllabus, general sessions, breakfasts, entry to Exhibit Hall, poster sessions, “Get Acquainted” Reception on Thursday evening, Gala Reception on Friday evening, optional Hands-On Workshops, and invitation to satellite programs. The Wednesday afternoon Minisymposium requires an additional registration fee.

Resident, fellow, and RN 3-day registration fee includes:
Tuition, syllabus, general sessions, breakfasts, entry to Exhibit Hall, poster sessions, “Get Acquainted” Reception on Thursday evening, Gala Reception on Friday evening, optional hands-on workshops, and invitation to satellite programs. The Wednesday afternoon Minisymposium requires an additional registration fee. Physicians are NOT eligible for this category.

Guest registration fee includes (social events only):
Poster session, "Get Acquainted" Reception on Thursday evening, and Gala Reception on Friday evening.

Additional Educational Opportunities:

  • Minisymposium: $150.00 (before November 15, 2008),
    Wednesday, March 4, 2009
    12:50 pm-8:00 pm (includes Poster Reception)
  • Hands-On Workshops (included in registration fee; you must register to attend)
    All workshops are tentative at this time; they are scheduled to be held on Thursday, March 5, 2009 and Friday, March 6, 2009 and include lunch. Please check the website often for updates.
  • CME Satellite Symposium (included in registration fee; you must register to attend)
    All satellite symposia are tentatively scheduled to be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2009 (lunch), Thursday, March 5, 2009 (breakfast and lunch), Friday, March 6. 2009 (breakfast and lunch), and Saturday, March 7, 2009 (breakfast). Please check the website often for updates.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed for all refunds requested prior to January 21, 2009. A 50% cancellation fee will apply between January 21, 2009 and February 7, 2009. NO refunds will be given after February 7, 2009. An additional 3% charge will be deducted from all credit card refunds. Please allow 30 days to process all refunds.
